Vacuum Casting Process

Master Pattern

Masters are 3D printed models of your CAD design. Usually SLA technology is used to produce parts of ABS material. Once verifed and approved, the next step is making the mold.

Mold Making

Once the master is placed, liquid silicone is poured and cured at a suitable temperature. Once dried, the mold is cut open, the master is removed and ready for vacuum casting.

Part Making

Casting resin is poured in the empty cavity, in order to produce parts with high accuracy and fnish.
